Request for Time Extension
Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:70-2(d)2., an application for extension of time shall be deemed to be an admission that the Notice of Violation is factually and procedurally correct and that the violations do or did exist.

Once you come to the Portal, you will need to create an account. Once completed, login into account and click on Requests on the top bar and look for Violation Time Extension and click on Apply for an Extension.
