Request an Incident Report
To request incident and fire reports from the Toms River Bureau of Fire Prevention, please submit a formal request through the contact us page specifying the details of the incident. According to town ordinance, the fee for each fire report is $30. If you require photos or a CD related to the incident, the fee is also $30.
Reports and requested media will be provided as soon as they become available. This ensures that all parties have access to necessary documentation for legal, insurance, or personal purposes.
